Changes by Secretary of the Commission
13The Secretary of the Commission may make changes respecting form, style, numbering and typographical, clerical or reference errors in a rule made by the Commission without changing the substance of the rule if the changes are made before the date the rule is published in accordance with paragraph 12(1)(a).
